Our general terms and conditions of sale

 

Methods of payment accepted: credit card, bank transfer, cash.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It is €0.80 per person per night. It must be paid at the end of your stay.

 

Breakfast is included in the price of the Sous les Pins suite and the Loft Sous les Toits.

It is composed of quality products (local, organic, fair trade, etc.).

 

We accept friendly, clean dogs (a supplement may apply). Hozho Tempo is not suitable for children under 12.

 

The Hozho Tempo guest house is a non-smoking area. Ashtrays are available in the grounds and outside.

 

Hozho Tempo is committed to an eco-responsible and sustainable approach.

 

Energy treatments (not included in the room rate): "In accordance with law no. 46-857 of 30 April 1946, decree no. 60-665 of 4 July 1960, article L.489 of the public health code and decree no. 96-879 of 8 October 1996, this is in no way medical care or physiotherapy. Wellness techniques are in no way a substitute for medical consultation or treatment".

 

 

 

Check-in/check-out times

 

Check-in: from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Check-out: no later than 12 noon

 

 

General booking conditions

 

Article 1 - Length of stay : Customers reserving a room for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises.

 

Article 2 - Conclusion of the contract : The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owners of Hozho Tempo the total amount of the price of the stay. The prices mentioned do not include the tourist tax which Hozho Tempo then pays to the local council.

 

Article 3 - Cancellation by the owner: When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, it must inform the tenant by phone or email at least 8 days before the start date of the stay.

Without prejudice to any claims for damages, the customer will be reimbursed the sums paid within 8 days. The hirer will not be entitled to any compensation in any form whatsoever.

 

Article 4 - Arrival: The customer must arrive on the specified day and at the specified time (between 3pm and 8pm). In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner. If the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the day specified for the start of the stay, or if he/she has not informed the owner of his/her late arrival, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his/her guest rooms. No refund is possible.

 

Article 5 - Breakfasts are included in the price. The fact of not taking the breakfast does not make it possible to ask for a reduction on the price of the room.Article 6 - Use of the premises: The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose.They undertake to return the rooms in good condition and not to eat any food in them. The communal areas are made available free of charge to the customer, who undertakes to use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The entire house, including the bedrooms, is non-smoking.Ashtrays are provided in the outside areas.

 

Article 6 - Use of the premises: The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They undertake to return the rooms in good condition and not to eat any food in them. The communal areas are made available free of charge to the customer, who undertakes to use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The entire house, including the bedrooms, is non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided in the outside areas.

 

It is strictly forbidden to throw any solid object into the toilets, in particular: condoms, periodical tampons, cigarettes, cotton wool, cotton buds, nappies, sanitary towels, teats, bottles, flasks, fabrics, stones and to use chemical products (bleach, white spirit, etc.).

 

Article 7 - The swimming pool is currently under construction. It should be open in July.

 

Article 8 – Kind and well educated are welcome (supplement may apply).

 

If the dog does not meet the required criteria (friendliness, cleanliness, peaceful coexistence with humans and other dogs), this can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the rental agreement at the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no reimbursement can be considered.

 

Article 9 - In the event of disrespectful behaviour (which does not respect Hozho Tempo's instructions for living in harmony), the owner may shorten the duration of the stay, and ask the tenant to leave, without any possible refund.

 

 

Article 10 - In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation is retained in full by the owner.

 

Article 11 - Disputes: Any complaint relating to the rental and the stay must be submitted to the owner by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days of the end date of the stay in order to find an amicable solution to the dispute.

 

General cancellation conditions

- Cancellations can be made by telephone, but must be confirmed by email to the owner.

 

- If the cancellation is made up to 15 days (at the latest) before the day of arrival: the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

 

- If the cancellation is made between the 14th day and the 8th day before the arrival date: 50% of the stay will be refunded.

 

- If the cancellation is made less than 8 days before the arrival date: no refund.

 

- No-shows: no refund
